FRAI Robotic Technologies since 1984
1984 | Foundation of FRAI Electromaschinenbau GmbH by Mr. Aitzetmüller and Mr. Laimer. The adaption of a former brickyard in Gschwandt near Gmunden marks the begin of mechanical contract manufacturing and construction of customised machines by FRAI. |
1993 | First appearance at EMO in Hannover with the newly developed gantry robot “Sensordrive 8015” |
1999 | Purchase of an insolvent factory for shoe soles in St. Konrad and creation of a new site (Area: 9,964m² / Halls and offices: 2,780m²) |
2003 | Purchase of the adjacent property (5,033m²) |
2008 | EN ISO 9001:2008 certification of the company |
2012 | New assembly hall (600m²) incl. indoor crane and loading area for lorries |
2017 | Official system partner contract with KUKA Robotics with “silver status” Upgrade to “gold status” in 2018 |
2018 | WFL Millturn Technologies takes over 100% of FRAI Robotic Technologies |
2020 | Dipl.-Ing. Markus Grob joins the management team at FRAI Robotic Technologies |
2021 | Dipl.-Ing. Markus Grob hands over the management to Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH) Franz Plasonig |
